Well, that’s where I come in! My role in life is to contribute to a healthy world by supporting individuals to live up to their potential, their full potential and not just what they believe is conventionally expected of them. I passionately believe that we are more, so much more than we have been led to believe, and once we start living in that ‘light of ourselves’ we experience great richness in our lives, whatever the situation.

Having practised meditation for many years and trained in personal coaching, Reconnective Healing and The Awakening, I have come to trust my own inner guidance and now, as well as those modalities I also offer ‘Freestyle healing’ and beyond…

I am known for being a terrific ‘behind the scenes’ support – heaps of experience, very knowledgeable, sees the wide web of interconnections, and I’m passionate about the future of our world.

I don’t stop at supporting people in healing – I believe that if we are to live truly fulfilled lives then going beyond healing is absolutely essential!

So, I offer healing when appropriate, and I also offer you tools to establish and maintain your divine connection.

I am one of the joint founders of Spheres Of Light – a simple, affordable and accessible route to higher consciousness. I act as a guide and witness, facilitating sessions for individuals and guiding or teaching how to engage with that higher consciousness and to help others to engage too!  Visit Spheres Of Light for more information.

I live in the UK, and offer distance sessions anywhere in the world. In the future I plan to offer distance classes too.
